Those who were with us yesterday may have noticed the Ligue Fédérale des As Winter Classic posters upon your arrival at Collège Notre-Dame. Unveiled with little fanfare, the posters were hot-off-the-presses and showcase our event logo which, like the poster, took weeks to develop.

The LFA has nothing to envy of professional leagues when it comes to graphics or creativity, but it lacks the deep pockets of those leagues when it comes to launching an expensive endeavour like this. It’s only with the enthusiastic participation of our members that we’ll be able to bring the event together. It’s an immense but achievable challenge.

We have until our January 9 deadline to make the dream a reality for this extraordinary event January 16, for the first REAL Winter Classic in the history of Montreal.
