BIG NEWS BEFORE THE PLAYOFFS

The first games of the playoffs are on our doorsteps and the league administration wants to congratulate once again the Avengers who won the Tremblay Trophy as regular season champions! Could this be the beginning of a new dynasty? Anyway, last Saturday was an epic day of hockey that was crowned by a well deserved evening at McCarold's pub, the Shamrock's sponsor. This summer, the LFA's activities will expand to the Bell sports center in Brossard. The games will be held every Tuesdays.

Furthermore, the LFA is proud to announce that a preliminary agreement has been reached with Sports365 and that the activities of the league will extend this summer to the Bell Sports Centerwhile continuing playing at Notre-Dame college. In addition to Sunday's games, it will now be possible to register in a new division which will hold its games on Tuesdays at very interesting hours! More details will be revealed in the upcoming weeks, so keep an eye out for the babillard and news! This major expansion marks a turning point in the league's progress and is a direct result of our CEO's enormous efforts to provide an outstanding hockey experience to its members. In return, it would be appreciated if players follow more closely the instructions, issued in the babillard or by e-mail, to facilitate the life of those who make your leisure more than just a game of hockey. So there's only one Saturday left to give your deposits for the summer season ($ 50) and winter 2018 season ($ 50), or $ 100 for both. Those who have not given their deposits in time may not be drafted and will have to hope for a miracle to play. With the new partnership in place, more than a thousand new players are added to the pool already in place; the regular places will be a privilege more than ever! Do not miss the train while it's in the station!

This Saturday is the beginning of the playoffs, which will take the form of a Round Robin. All the teams will play four games, and the four best teams will face each other in a semi-final that will be intense for sure. The winners will then compete in the 2017 Grand Final, which will be held on April 29 starting at 17:00. Already start talking about it to your contacts, it should be a great game and fun all around event!

Good luck to everyone; Play hard, play fair, have fun!
