La Ligue F\u00e9d\u00e9rale des As<\/h2>

These terms and conditions govern the registration of regular players and substitutes in the Ligue F\u00e9d\u00e9rale des As<\/strong>. By making a deposit or registering as a substitute, the player acknowledges having read, understood and accepted the following conditions. <\/p>

1. Registration of regular players<\/h3>

To express their interest in playing in a division, the player must make a mandatory deposit<\/strong> via the page corresponding to the desired division.<\/p>

A player can make a deposit for multiple divisions<\/strong> if they wish to be considered to play in more than one division.<\/p>

2. Player Selection<\/h3>

Players who have made a deposit will be contacted by the organization if they are selected to participate in the season in a division.<\/p>

Once selected, the player will have to pay the full balance of season fees<\/strong> within the deadlines indicated by the league in order to definitively confirm his place on the team.<\/p>

The league reserves the right to select players in order to ensure a good balance of teams and divisions.<\/p>

3. Deposit<\/h3>

The deposit made upon registration is refundable<\/strong> in the event that the player is not selected or decides to withdraw their application before the final confirmation of their registration.<\/p>

All refund requests must be made to the organization according to the procedures communicated.<\/p>

4. Registration of substitute players<\/h3>

Players wishing to act as substitutes<\/strong> must complete the registration form provided for this purpose.<\/p>

This form collects the necessary personal information as well as the divisions in which the player wishes to receive invitations to play.<\/strong><\/p>

Invitations for substitutions will be sent via the League2Go<\/strong> app.<\/p>

Registering as a substitute does not guarantee that a player will be called upon to participate in matches.<\/p>

5. Responsibility and risks<\/h3>

Playing hockey involves inherent risks<\/strong>, including physical injuries.<\/p>

By making a deposit to participate as a regular player or by registering as a substitute, the player:<\/p>

  • acknowledges the risks associated with playing hockey;<\/p><\/li>

  • agrees to participate voluntarily;<\/p><\/li>

  • releases the Ligue F\u00e9d\u00e9rale des As, its organizers, volunteers and partners<\/strong> from all liability in case of injury, accident or damage that may occur in connection with the league’s activities.<\/p><\/li><\/ul>

    Each player is responsible for ensuring they are physically fit to participate in the sport<\/strong> and for having any personal insurance deemed necessary.<\/p>

    6. Modification of conditions<\/h3>

    The Ligue F\u00e9d\u00e9rale des As <\/strong>reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time in order to ensure the proper functioning of the league.<\/p>

    Any updates will be published on the league’s official website.<\/p>
