The LFA is proud to be able to offer you a series of off-ice training to maintain your shape (or regain it) while improving your coordination with puck handling and footwork exercises. With the help of Jason Roy (fitness trainer and two time gold medal winner of the RX1 Nation games) we are offering videos to inspire you and give you the tools to be ready for the return to play and throughout the year to improve yourself. This section of our site launched in early 2021 will grow with time to offer you a variety of exercise to make you a better player so you can maximise your fun on and off the ice.
