The LFA is proud to add a new color to its range of programs by offering you a THE LFA REC 101 MIXED division where men and women can practice our sport in a RECREATIONAL setting. No statistics, championship or trophy. Simply an opportunity to play for the love of the game in a structured environment with balanced and fair teams for all. With the formation of the teams which will change every week, you will be able to make new friends on off the ice.
Watching hockey is good, but playing is better!
