I love this league because the people in charge are very professional and take care of the players and teams. The organization far exceeds my expectations and any other league in Montreal. The guys are amazing… website, videos, photos, gala, etc… Everything is there for a dream season.

The LFA is a league that offers quality hockey and space to develop and improve your game in a pleasant and constructive atmosphere. The guys are friendly and all share a passion for hockey. The game is competitive and intense, but respectful and non-violent. My personal game has greatly evolved following my years in the league.

The LFA is a league where intensity goes hand in hand with healthy competition. Unlike most adult leagues, I feel safe on the LFA ice. I love being able to “bother” and “talk” on the ice and then enjoy a beer in the stands immediately after the game with the same people who were my opponents just moments before.

The LFA is on another level. It’s the best adult hockey, hands down. I was blown away when I returned to Canada from abroad. The league organization is fantastic, from the statistics to the arena decor. A lot of effort is put into team parity, which makes every game competitive at all levels. League management actively addresses all player concerns, and there’s a strong sense of camaraderie throughout the league. The only problem is that it’s only once a week… bring on the expansion that will allow us to play twice a week!

The LFA is not just a hockey league, it’s a family. A paradise for hockey fans, the LFA surpasses any other league in every aspect, whether it be the players who make it up or the administration that constantly improves the league, no other league compares to the LFA. You must try it, it’s a decision you won’t regret!

The Ligue Fédérale des As is an amateur hockey league for adults with a “pro feel”, it is unrivaled with its two divisions in Montreal and Brossard, its players of the month voted by their peers and the host of benefits that sponsors provide to its members. The quality and level of healthy competition within a world of camaraderie between players is simply “thrilling”. Not to mention his majestic trophies, videos, etc…

For my part, I no longer intend to play in any league other than the LFA.

A few years ago, I decided I had to return to hockey after an absence of almost 10 years. Word of mouth led me to the LFA. I was immediately hooked. It’s a social organization with hockey and its members at the forefront. We often refer to adult hockey leagues as “garage leagues,” but it would be a serious mistake to think of the LFA as such. The LFA, through its policies and administration, offers players an incredible hockey experience unmatched anywhere else in the world.

The LFA has exceeded my expectations for years in terms of the hockey experience; the culture is competitive yet friendly. I’ve made a ton of new friends who share the same passion as me. I’ve never had an experience like this. My rating: 11/10!

The LFA is a bit like the NHL of garage leagues. Competitive, well-organized, and friendly. By far the most fun garage league I’ve ever had the chance to play in. When you join the LFA, you join a big family passionate about hockey. You also join a dynamic league that’s constantly innovating to improve the player experience.

I spent several years looking for the equivalent of a minor hockey league for adults. The few well-organised leagues are full of agressive players and battles. The LFA selects its players from the pool and expels any dangerous player. The result is a safe, friendly, but competitive league where you can play good hockey in complete safety.
