Founded in 1986, the Quebec Association for Suicide Prevention (AQPS) is a non-profit organization whose mission is to develop suicide prevention in Quebec. It brings together key stakeholders in this field, including citizens, workers, service providers, researchers, and organizations who wish to build suicide-free communities. With over 30 years of recognized expertise, it develops training materials, mobilizes and supports men and women who wish to commit to the cause, and organizes large-scale events and awareness campaigns.
