SUB IN A SPECIFIC TEAM

Those who wish to become a substitute player in a specific team in our Buzz, Rive-sud or Open Divisions, must complete the following form to be added to our list and receive invitations to play. You will need to answer to them when you want to play, following the instructions in the email.

When you are selected to play, you will receive a confirmation and an invitation to pay online via the platform of maligue.ca, one of our partners. You must pay BEFORE the game, otherwise you will be denied access to the ice.
