THE BIG DAY AS ARRIVED !

After eight months of intense physical play but always under the sign of friendship, the big day has arrived and Saturday will be our annual Grand Final with the Avengers facing off against the Meteors one of our expansion teams. We invite all hockey fans from across the Greater Metropolitan area who still have not accepted the Habs defeat to join us in celebrating our national passion and cheer on men who will have worked hard to get to this championship game . As for each of our events, this game will contribute to a good cause by supporting the Sun Youth's SLAP Hockey Development Program. Tickets can be booked online or purchased at the door on the day of the game, Saturday April 29th with a tailgate party starting at 5pm followed by the official puck drop and commemorative photo of the 2016-2017 LFA edition at 6pm. Note that admission is free for children 12 and under and that several door prizes will be drawn throughout the game including a pair of tickets in the reds to see the Canadiens next fall. Also to all interested parties who wish to finally see a cup in Montreal. The LFA cup may not have the panache, the aura or the history of the Stanley Cup but it has nothing to envy to the trophies of other leagues in the country and you can be sure to see it every spring in Montreal. This is not likely to happen any time soon with Mrs. Stanley.
It is an invitation for all hockey enthusiasts who wish to live one last time this season in person a game packed with passion and to finally see a cup get raised in Montreal after so many years.
