REGISTER FOR THE SUMMER AND/OR WINTER SEASON BEFORE MARCH 1st AND RUN THE CHANCE TO WIN A PAIR OF TICKETS TO GO TO SEE THE HABS
/This week begins the registration campaign for our various summer and winter divisions. With more and more members and offers of days and divisions in which to play, the LFA must settle registrations before signing agreements with our various suppliers including the arenas. All seasons must be prepared well in advance for things to go well. That said, to show its appreciation, the league with the complicity of the Bell Sports Complex in Brossard gives you the chance to win a pair of very good tickets to see the Canadiens for all those who will register in any division BEFORE THE 1ST OF MARCH. Those who will do so by facilitating the work of the organizers for the proper functioning of the league will be privileged when the draft takes place according to the regular spots available and it is normal after all. So you have a month to decide how many divisions you want to play in this summer, as well as next winter. A deposit of $ 50 PER DIVISION is required to reserve your place.
If everything goes as planned, we will have 6 teams on Sunday in Montreal, 6 more WEDNESDAYS on the south shore and 2 more in our Satellite division Thursday evenings at the college this summer. The space between games will allow players to play two or even three times a week in Montreal's premier adult hockey league the league and it's not me who says it;)
For next winter, according to deposits received BEFORE MARCH 1st we will decide if we will move to 10 teams on Saturdays with the creation of two divisions. With the investement engendered by such a decision it must be taken well in advance hence the need for a deadline. We will continue to offer Sunday games in the Satellite division while setting up a morning division of 4 teams on Wednesdays at the Sportplexe in Pierrefonds thus dropping our plans on the south shore and north shore of Montreal. Note that lobbying work has been initiated to try to have two consecutive time slots on Sundays starting in September for our Satellite division but we have no news yet.
You will find more details on our various options on our website in the LFA PACKAGES section. Anyone already registered in one of our hockey programs has only to notify us by email of the division or divisions in which they wish to play and to send us the appropriate deposit.
For those who have their hockey at heart, the LFA offers you several options. Now it's your turn to act !
ONE PLACE AVAILABLE FOR THE 3 on 3 LFA RUSH TOURNAMENT SATURDAY FEBRUARY 10th
One of the participants had to cancel his participation following the death of a good friend whose funeral will take place on the day of the tournament. So we have a place to fill. Please contact the league before Tuesday if you are interested.
