The MIDI EXPRESS division is perfect for those who simply want to play for the love of hockey, not for personal statistics or to win a championship trophy. Teams will change weekly, with the possibility of creating 4 balanced groups of 5 players (a fun and tested format) with mini-series of 2 out of 3 to spice things up!
